It’s just a silver bar. No need to get panties in a bunch over. Bars are often man handled and if a mint (Non country affiliated) made it technically even if they only made a million of them a certain way they are still just bullion. I’m sure there is a rare chance that one may be worth more but no need to fret.
I’ve seen coins in proof boxes from the mint with finger prints on them.
FYI the gold plating doesn’t really add any value to it.
